Your business profile is the foundation everything else in MONDAi pulls from. Your name, address, and logo show up across emails, funnels, invoices, and client-facing pages. Get this right at the start and you never have to hunt down a placeholder later.
MONDAi uses GoHighLevel infrastructure for its core account settings. The fields here are straightforward — what matters is that you fill them in accurately, because they affect what your clients see and your email compliance status.

Before you start
Have your business name, phone number, and physical address ready. Also have your logo file (PNG with transparent background, minimum 200×200px).
Why the Address Field Is Not Optional
Your physical business address is a legal requirement under CAN-SPAM. Every marketing email you send must include it. Emails sent without a valid address can be flagged, blocked, or contribute to deliverability problems down the line. Fill this in now so you never have to think about it again.
Steps
Go to Settings
In the left sidebar, click the gear icon at the bottom. This opens the Settings panel.
Select Business Profile
Under the General section, click
Business Profile.Enter your business name
Use the exact name you want clients to see. This appears in your email footers, invoices, and client-facing communications.
Add your business address
Fill in street, city, state, zip, and country. This is required for CAN-SPAM email compliance.
Add your phone number
Your business contact number. Also feeds into SMS features when those are configured.
Upload your logo
Click the logo upload area and select your transparent PNG file. Your logo appears in your account header and in branded communications.
Add your website URL
Enter your website address. This links back from certain automated communications and account pages.
Click Save
Changes take effect immediately across your account.

- Skipping the address field. This isn't optional for email compliance. Emails sent without a physical business address can trigger deliverability problems and may violate CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Uploading a logo with a white background. On dark surfaces this shows up as a white box around your image. Always use a transparent PNG.
- Using a personal email as your business contact. A branded email like yourname@yourdomain.com looks more professional and improves deliverability.
- Navigating away before saving. This section does not auto-save. Click Save before you move on.
