How to Add an Upsell or Order Bump

Bump vs Upsell

An order bump is a checkbox on the checkout page itself — one click adds it to the order before payment. An upsell is a separate page shown immediately after purchase — the buyer adds it with one click, no new payment details required.

Use a bump for small complementary additions (20–50% of main offer price). Use an upsell for a more significant next step (50–200% of main offer price).

Order Bump Setup

1. Open the Order Form element settings in the page builder

2. Find the Order Bump section and enable it

3. Select the bump product

   Price it at roughly 20–50% of the main offer.

4. Write the bump copy

   A checkbox, a headline, 40–80 words. "Yes, add [offer] for just $[price]."

5. Save and test

   Confirm the checkbox appears and the correct total is charged when checked.

Upsell Page Setup

1. Add a new funnel step between checkout and thank you page

2. Build the upsell page

   One offer clearly stated. A Yes button and a No thanks text link — both must be present.

3. Add a One-Click Upsell element

   Connects to the upsell product and processes the charge without asking for payment details again.

4. Configure Yes and No redirect paths

   Yes → confirmation or next upsell. No → thank you page.

5. Update the order form redirect

   Change the post-purchase redirect in your checkout step to point to this upsell page.

6. Test both paths
