Before You Start
Stripe must be connected before creating payment links. Go to Settings → Payments → Stripe to connect first.
A payment link is the fastest path between a yes and money in your account. No funnel needed. Send the link in a DM, an email, or a text and the client pays directly. Payment links in MONDAi connect to your Stripe account and create a contact record automatically when someone pays.
Steps
Go to Payment Links
Navigate to Commerce → Payment Links. Click New Payment Link.
Add product or amount
Select an existing product from your catalogue or enter a custom name and price directly.
Set optional limits
Optionally add a quantity limit (max uses), an expiry date, or extra fields to collect at checkout.
Copy and share
Click Create. Copy the URL and share it via email, SMS, or DM.
Test before sharing
Open the link in an incognito window and complete a test purchase using Stripe's test card
4242 4242 4242 4242. Confirm the contact record is created in MONDAi.
- Sharing before testing. A broken payment link sent to a ready buyer is a lost sale. Test every link first.
- No expiry on limited-time pricing. Without an expiry date a promotional price is usable forever.
- Expecting a full post-purchase flow. A payment link does not include upsells or post-purchase workflows unless set up separately. Use a funnel with order form if you need the complete experience.
