How to Connect Zapier to MONDAi

Connect Zapier to MONDAi to automate tasks between MONDAi and hundreds of other apps — from Google Sheets to Slack to custom webhooks.

MONDAi handles the vast majority of business automation natively — workflows, tags, pipelines, email, SMS. But when you need to connect MONDAi to tools outside its native ecosystem — Google Sheets, Slack, Typeform, Airtable, or any of the thousands of apps Zapier supports — Zapier is the bridge.

MONDAi connects to Zapier through GoHighLevel's native Zapier integration and through webhooks, giving you two reliable methods for passing data in and out of the platform.

When to Use Zapier vs Native MONDAi Automations

Use native MONDAi workflows for: everything that stays inside MONDAi — emails, SMS, tags, pipeline stages, course access, CRM actions. Use Zapier when: you need to send data to an external tool not natively connected to MONDAi, receive data from an external form or survey tool, or trigger MONDAi actions from events that happen outside the platform.

Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap

  2. Set the Trigger app

For actions triggered by MONDAi events, search for GoHighLevel or use a Webhook by Zapier to receive MONDAi webhook data.

  3. Authenticate your MONDAi account

Follow the OAuth prompts for GoHighLevel, or copy your webhook URL from the MONDAi workflow builder.

  4. Select the trigger event

Examples: New Contact, Form Submitted, Opportunity Stage Changed, New Invoice.

  5. Set the Action app

Select the destination tool — Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, Airtable, etc.

  6. Map the fields

Connect the data from MONDAi to the fields in the destination app.

  7. Test the Zap

Send test data through and confirm it appears correctly at the destination.

  8. Turn the Zap on

Example Zaps Worth Building

  • New MONDAi contact → Add row to Google Sheet (for custom reporting)
  • MONDAi purchase → Post to Slack channel (team notification)
  • Typeform submission → Create MONDAi contact and add tag
  • MONDAi pipeline stage change → Update Airtable record
Common mistakes
  • Building Zapier workflows for things MONDAi can already do natively — check workflow capabilities first.
  • Not testing before turning the Zap on.
  • Using Zapier to duplicate data that already exists in MONDAi — creates syncing problems.
  • Not monitoring Zap error logs — failed Zaps can silently miss data.
