A product in MONDAi is the bridge between what you've built and getting paid for it. It holds your price, your payment type — one-time, subscription, or payment plan — and the access it grants once purchased. Every offer you sell runs through a product record before it can connect to an order form, a funnel, or a checkout page.
The product system in MONDAi uses the same payment object structure as GoHighLevel, built specifically to support digital offers with flexible pricing configurations. Create the product once and it becomes reusable across every funnel and checkout you build.
Warning
Stripe must be connected first
You need Stripe connected and verified before creating products. See How to Connect Stripe.
Steps
Go to Payments → Products
In the left sidebar click the Payments icon, then select
Products.Click Add Product
Select
+ Add Product.Name your product
Use the name your clients will see — this appears on receipts, invoices, and order confirmation emails.
Set the pricing type
Choose: One-time payment (client pays once, permanent access), Recurring/Subscription (charges on a regular interval), or Payment plan (installments over a defined period).
Enter the price
For payment plans, enter the per-installment amount and the number of installments.
Configure access grants
In the product settings, connect this product to the course or community it should unlock. This is what triggers automatic enrollment on purchase.
Save the product
The product now appears in your Products list and is available to add to order forms and funnels.

- One-time: Course, template pack, workshop recording, digital download
- Subscription: Monthly membership, ongoing community access, content library
- Payment plan: High-ticket program split into 3–6 monthly installments

- Creating a product without connecting access to a course or community — the product handles payment, the access grant lets the client in.

- Forgetting to test the checkout flow before sending to a client.
