How to Set Up Reporting for Your Team in MONDAi

Configure user permissions in MONDAi so team members can see the reports relevant to their role without accessing data they should not.

When you have a team, not everyone needs to see everything. A sales team member needs pipeline and conversation data. An operations person needs order data. Permissions control what each user sees.

User Roles and Permissions

Go to Settings → Team Members. Each user account has a role that determines their default access. Common roles:

  • Admin: Full access to all data, settings, and reports
  • User: Access to conversations, calendar, and contacts but limited settings access
  • Custom: Specific permissions you configure per user

For reporting specifically, check the Permissions settings for each user. You can enable or disable access to: Reporting dashboard, Campaigns, Contacts, Pipelines, and Commerce data.

Sharing Report Views

For stakeholders who do not have platform access, use the export feature to pull a CSV or PDF of the relevant metrics and send it manually.

If you are managing a team of coaches who each work with their own clients, assign contacts and appointments to each user. Their filtered view in Conversations and Calendars becomes their personal client management dashboard automatically.
