Tip
Before You Start
Team members must have user accounts in your MONDAi workspace before they can be added to a round robin. Add users under Settings → Team Members first.
When you have more than one person who can take discovery calls or coaching sessions, you need a system that routes bookings fairly without manual coordination. Round robin assigns bookings across your team automatically.
Steps
Create a Round Robin calendar
Go to Calendars → New Calendar and select Round Robin. Name it and set the session duration.
Add team members
In the team member section, add each user who should receive bookings. Only active workspace users can be added.
Choose distribution logic
Equal distribution: Bookings rotate evenly — the member with fewest bookings gets the next one. Priority: One member receives bookings first, others only if unavailable.
Set individual availability
Each team member configures their own working hours within the calendar. A booking only routes to a member during their available times.
Test with multiple bookings
Book three test appointments using the public link. Verify they distribute correctly across team members.
- No availability hours for a team member. If a member has no hours configured they will never receive bookings even if they are in the rotation.
- Priority distribution when equal was intended. Priority sends all bookings to one person first. Use equal distribution for true rotation.
- Testing with only one booking. One test does not verify rotation. Book at least three appointments.
