How to Create an Affiliate Program

Launch an affiliate program in MONDAi. Reward referrals, give affiliates their own tracking links, and grow through the people who already love what you do.

An affiliate program turns your existing clients and community into a sales channel. They share their unique tracking link. Someone clicks it, buys your offer, and your affiliate earns a commission — automatically, tracked, and paid through your connected system. The best affiliates are the people who have already gotten results from your work.

Steps

  1. Go to Affiliates or Marketing → Affiliates

  2. Enable the Affiliate Manager

  3. Set up your commission structure

    Fixed dollar amount per sale or percentage of sale value.

  4. Set the cookie duration

    How long after clicking the affiliate link does a conversion count for that affiliate. 30–90 days is standard.

  5. Connect your product

    Select the offer this affiliate program is attached to.

  6. Create affiliate accounts

    Add affiliates manually or configure a self-sign-up form.

  7. Generate tracking links

    Each affiliate gets a unique tracking link.

  8. Set up a payout method

    Configure how commissions are paid — manual transfer, PayPal, or through Stripe.

  9. Brief your affiliates

    Share their link, their commission structure, and any promotional materials.

  10. Monitor conversions in the Affiliate dashboard

  • Digital products: 20–50% commission is standard and expected by affiliates
  • Low-ticket offers: flat rate often works better than percentage
  • High-ticket offers: 10–20% or a flat fee aligned with your margins
