Why Your Booking Calendar Shows No Available Times

Fix a MONDAi calendar that shows no available slots even when you expect times to be open.

A booking calendar that shows no available times has one of a small number of causes. Work through them in order — most resolve within a few minutes once identified.

Diagnose in Order

  1. Check working hours are configured

Go to Calendars → Edit → Availability. Confirm at least one day of the week has a start and end time. A calendar with no hours configured will never show slots.

  2. Check the date range the visitor is looking at

If the calendar defaults to the current week and all slots are booked or blocked, it will appear empty. Ask the visitor to advance to the next week.

  3. Check for Google Calendar conflicts

If Google Calendar sync is enabled, personal events on Google will block MONDAi slots. Check your Google Calendar for the dates in question.

  4. Check the minimum advance booking time

If minimum notice is set to 48 hours, all slots within the next two days will be hidden. This is correct behaviour but can surprise users booking same-day or next-day.

  5. Check for date overrides

Go to the calendar's Date Overrides section. Confirm no blocks have been added that cover the dates in question.

  6. Check timezone settings

A timezone mismatch between the calendar and the viewer can make slots appear outside their visible window. Confirm the calendar timezone in Settings → Business Profile is correct.
