The list view in the social planner shows you what is scheduled. The calendar view shows you whether you have gaps. One week of content looks different in a list than it does spread across a calendar — and the gaps are immediately obvious in calendar view.
Using the Calendar View
Go to Marketing → Social Planner. Click the Calendar tab at the top of the planner. You will see a monthly calendar with each scheduled post shown on its publish date. Each post card shows: the platform icon, the first few words of the caption, and the time.
Reschedule by dragging. Drag any post card to a different date to reschedule it. The post updates to the new date automatically.
Filter by platform. Use the platform filter buttons to show only posts for a specific channel — useful if you manage multiple accounts and want to check one platform's consistency.
Click to edit. Click any post card to open the full post editor for that post. Edit copy, change the image, add platforms, or delete the post from here.
A Weekly Content Workflow
A sustainable content workflow using the calendar view:
- Monday: Open the calendar view, look at the upcoming two weeks. Identify any gaps.
- Monday–Tuesday: Create posts to fill the gaps. Use Content AI for drafts. Schedule them from the calendar.
- Rest of week: Let the schedule run. Check the calendar on Friday to see what published and what is coming next week.
