How to Track Funnel Conversions in MONDAi

Read funnel analytics in MONDAi to find where prospects are dropping off and what to fix first.

Note

Note

Funnel analytics track page views and step completions. For purchase conversion rates, cross-reference with your Orders data.

A funnel that looks busy may be converting poorly. Page views without conversion context are vanity metrics. MONDAi's funnel analytics show exactly where people are leaving so you know what to fix.

Reading Funnel Stats

Go to Sites → Funnels, open your funnel, and click the Analytics tab. For each step you will see: Visitors (unique page views), Opt-ins (form submissions), Sales (purchases), and Conversion Rate.

Interpreting Drop-Off

Find the step with the largest percentage drop-off. That is your optimisation priority. Common patterns:

  • High traffic, low opt-in (under 20%): Rewrite the headline on your landing page first.
  • High opt-in, low sales page visits: Your follow-up email sequence needs work.
  • High sales page visits, under 5% click through to checkout: The sales page is not making the case. Price, offer description, or CTA needs attention.
  • High checkout clicks, under 40% purchase: Checkout friction. Simplify the form or check for technical issues.

Fix one step at a time. Change one element, run it for two weeks, compare. Changing multiple things simultaneously makes it impossible to know what worked.
