Before You Start
Your affiliate program must be active and at least one affiliate must have made a referral before meaningful data appears in the affiliate dashboard.
Accessing Affiliate Reporting
Go to Affiliate Manager → Dashboard. The top-level view shows: total affiliate-referred revenue, active affiliates, total commissions earned, and pending payouts.
Reading Affiliate Performance
Clicks: How many times each affiliate's tracking link was clicked. High clicks with low conversions may indicate the affiliate is sending unqualified traffic.
Conversions: Number of purchases attributed to each affiliate. Conversion rate (purchases divided by clicks) tells you the quality of each affiliate's audience for your offer.
Commissions earned: Total commission owed to each affiliate based on their conversion count and your commission rate. Review this before processing payouts.
Payout status: Commissions progress from Earned to Approved to Paid. Approve commissions after the refund window for each sale has passed to protect against commission payments on subsequently refunded transactions.
