Social proof shapes buying decisions before anyone visits your sales page. A consistent stream of genuine Google reviews — from real clients describing real transformations — is one of the highest-return assets a coaching or service business can build. The challenge is that asking for reviews manually is easy to forget. Automation fixes that.
Reputation management in MONDAi connects to Google Business Profile and enables automated review request sequences triggered by key moments in the client journey.
Steps
Go to Reputation Management in your MONDAi dashboard
Connect your Google Business Profile
Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize the connection.
Copy your review request link
MONDAi generates a direct link to your Google review form.
Build a review request workflow
Go to Automation → Workflows. Trigger: Contact Tag Added — use a tag like 'session-completed' or 'program-graduated'.
Add a Wait step of 24–48 hours
Give the client time to reflect before receiving the request.
Add a Send Email action
Subject: 'Quick question, [First Name]' — Body: genuine, brief, direct link to leave a review.
Add an SMS follow-up 3 days later if no review yet
A gentle SMS follow-up significantly increases completion rates.
Set the workflow to Active
When to Trigger the Request
- Immediately after a session is completed (tag added by workflow)
- At program graduation — the highest-satisfaction moment
- After a notable client win — when you know the timing is right
- Asking for reviews too early — wait until after genuine value has been delivered.
- Sending the review request from a generic-sounding email — write it personally.
- Not including the direct review link — friction kills completion rates.
- Asking clients who had a difficult experience — use judgment and tag selectively.
