How to Connect MONDAi to Zapier

Connect MONDAi to Zapier to send data between MONDAi and thousands of other apps automatically.

Tip

Before You Start

Have your MONDAi API key ready. Find it at Settings → API → API Keys. You will need it to authenticate the MONDAi app in Zapier.

Zapier connects MONDAi to thousands of external apps. Use it when a tool you rely on does not have a native integration: send MONDAi contacts to a Google Sheet, create a contact when a Typeform is submitted, or notify a Slack channel when a sale is made.

Steps

  1. Log into Zapier and create a new Zap

Go to zapier.com and click Create Zap.

  2. Choose your trigger app

Select the app that should start the Zap. If MONDAi is the trigger (e.g., "new contact added"), search for LeadConnector — this is the GoHighLevel app that powers MONDAi.

  3. Authenticate MONDAi

Click Connect Account and enter your MONDAi API key. Once connected, Zapier can access your MONDAi data.

  4. Configure the trigger event

Select the specific event: New Contact, New Appointment, New Opportunity, Tag Added, Form Submitted, etc. Test the trigger to confirm it pulls real data from your account.

  5. Set up the action app

Choose the app that should receive the data and configure the action: create a row in Google Sheets, send a Slack message, add to Mailchimp, etc.

  6. Test and activate

Run a test with live data. Confirm the action completed correctly in the destination app. Activate the Zap.

Example Zaps That Work Well

New MONDAi contact → Add row in Google Sheets. Useful if your accountant or operations team tracks leads in a spreadsheet outside MONDAi.

New Stripe payment → Create MONDAi contact. If some purchases happen outside MONDAi, this keeps your CRM current.

New MONDAi appointment → Create Google Calendar event. Supplement MONDAi's native Google sync with a Zapier fallback for specific calendar types.

Common mistakes
  • Searching for "MONDAi" in Zapier and not finding it. The app is listed as LeadConnector in the Zapier app directory.
  • Using Zapier for things MONDAi can do natively. MONDAi's workflow builder handles most internal automations. Use Zapier only for connecting external apps.
  • Not testing before activating. A misconfigured Zap can run silently and produce incorrect data for weeks.
